Four Seek To Replace Miner On Silver Lake Town Council

SILVER LAKE – Four candidates are seeking to fill a vacancy on the Silver Lake Town Council.
A Republican caucus is expected to choose from four candidates at 6 p.m. Wednesday, according to Kosciusko County Republican Party Chairman.
The candidates include Linda Baker, who lives on East Main Street, Gloria Jean Weller, who lives on North Myrtle Glen Road; Lynda Schuster, who lives on Peru Road., and Ronald Greer, who lives on North Neer Road.
The vacancy came after town council president Chad Miner was elected as a judge in November and forced to step down before taking the Superior Court job.
