Two Injured In Friday Night Collision

WARSAW – A late Friday night crash sent two area men to Fort Wayne hospitals.
The accident at 10:25 p.m., Dec. 11, along CR 450E, south of Old Road 30 and east of Warsaw, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
The preliminary results of the investigation indicate that the Ford F-250 was traveling north on CR 450E, south of Old Rd 30, prior to the collision. For an unknown reason, the driver lost control of the pickup, which left the west side of the road and struck a tree.
The driver, Colten M. King, 18, of Larwill, was thrown from the vehicle and suffered a head injury. He was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. A passenger, Nash A. Brown, 19, of South Whitley, was partially ejected and suffered a lower body injury. He was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
The crash remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
