Rex Mullins

Gaither R. “Rex” Mullins, 72, passed away on Dec. 2, 2020, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.

He was born on May 30, 1948, in Clendenin, W. Va. to Newman and Margarey (Cantrell) Mullins.  On Aug. 15, 1973, he married Cynthia Maggart, who preceded him in 2014.

Rex is survived by his son, Chris (Tracy) Mullins of Kendallville; daughter, Amie (Nick) Beckham of Cromwell; five grandchildren Griffin, Mason, Grayden, Maddox, and Maebry; one brother, Bob “Creed” Mullins, and one sister Ann McNamara.

Along with his wife, he was also preceded by his parents and one brother Roger Mullins.

Services will be private.
