Significant Snowfall Expected West of Kosciusko County

WARSAW – Motorists heading west today and tonight should take note of some possible heavy snow west of US 31.
Rain is expected to turn to snow today across northern Indiana, according to the National Weather Service in North Webster.
While Kosciusko County’s forecast for Monday, Nov. 30, includes a chance of minor accumulation, more is expected in areas closer to Lake Michigan.
South Bend could see 1-3 inches by Tuesday morning. Michigan City could see 4-8 inches of lake effect snow.
In Kosciusko County, there is a 60 percent chance of precipitation with a high around 35 on Monday. As much as a half-inch of snow could accumulate during the day. Another chance of snow returns after midnight. The low will be 26.
Tuesday will be mostly clear with a high of 32.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will include some sunshine and highs near 40.
