Lorene A. Westphal, 78, of Warsaw, passed away at 10:49 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw. No services will be held at this time. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15 is in charge of arrangements.
