Salvation Army In Warsaw Closes Until Nov. 18
News Release
WARSAW – The Salvation Army, citing health concerns, is closing its Warsaw operations in Warsaw for one week beginning today.
The move comes after staff either tested positive or have been exposed to COVID-19, according to Envoy Ken Locke.
As a result, it was decided to close The Salvation Army Worship & Community Center and Office/Pantry until Nov. 18, said a statement released by Locke.
“We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but health and safety must come first,” Locke noted.
Locke asks that any in-kind donations not be brought to the facility during that time.
The distribution for the Annual Nut Sale will still be conducted at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, Home & Family Arts Building on Thursday & Friday, Nov. 12 and 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary asks everyone to use caution and wear a mask when coming for orders or to purchase nuts.
