$5000 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 55 wrench hours
$3000 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 50 wrench hours
$1500 sign-on bonus for technicians that consistently turn 45 wrench hours
**Payout structure of the sign-on bonus will be discussed during the interview**
