Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 8:17 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 500 block South Union St., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of an animal bite.
- 3:04 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 1500 block East Winona Ave., Warsaw. Charles B. Shepherd reported theft and fraud. Value: $2,207.95.
- 1:51 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 800 block Pine Mills Road, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
- 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 1200 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Jennifer D. Hefner reported theft. Value: $50.
- 8:51 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. A representative for Walmart reported theft. Value: $89.
- 3:57 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 600 block East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Michael A. Whitaker reported the theft of a moped. Value: $2,500.
Winona Lake
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 3:08 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, 1300 block Park Ave., Winona Lake. Zarissa E. Yatco reported fraud. Value: $2,700.
- 9:59 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, 1900 block East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake. Amy A. Feldman reported theft. Value: $350.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 11:21 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 400 block North Virgil Street, Akron. A resident reported receiving a phone call from a person stating she owed them money. The number she was given was a funeral home who said it was a scam.
- 9:17 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 700 bock Cherry Treet Lane, Rochester. A home was reported egged.
- 12:55 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, 200 block East Eighth Street, Rochester. A female came to the station to report fraud.
- 5:28 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 7279 SR 17, Kewanna. Damage to downspouts and guttering caused by someone who had driven through the property was reported.
- 8:25 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 100 block North Troutman Street, Kewanna. Police were notified of a fraudulent phone call.
