Wawasee FFA Soils Teams, Dig In, Sweep Competition
News Release
SYRACUSE — The Area X Soils Career Development Event was held at the Ancilla College Beef Farm Tuesday, Oct. 6. Twenty-two teams from area schools competed in the senior division (grades nine-12) and five teams competed in the junior division (grades three to eight).
Wawasee FFA took three senior teams, two of which qualified for the state contest by placing in the top five in the senior division. Wawasee’s junior team placed first in their division as well.
