INDIANA — A statewide silver alert has been issued for a Bluffton man.

Brad Stacy

The Bluffton Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Brad Stacy, a 41-year-old, white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds. Stacy has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue tank top, gray sweat shorts and gray Nike shoes.

Stacy is missing from Bluffton and was last seen at 1 p.m. on Sept. 15. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
