Yolanda Quintero Chimal
Yolanda Quintero Chimal, Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020, at her residence at the age of 44.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1975, in Zitacuaro, Michoacán, Mexico to Florentina Chimal Lopez and Julio Quintero Cruz. On Dec. 24, 2001, she was married to Fernando Aviles Hernández, who survives.
Yolanda had been a resident of Kosciusko County, for the past 18 years, moving here in 2002. She worked as a seamstress in the boating industry. She was a woman of strong Christian faith. She enjoyed attending Warsaw Community Church where just this past Sunday she was able to assist with the baptismal of her two daughters, Nayeli and Miranda. Yolanda was very proud of her daughters and she loved her family. She had a way about her that would make everyone around her laugh and be happy. Yolanda will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Fernando Aviles Hernández, Warsaw; two daughters: Nayeli and Miranda Aviles Quintero, both of Warsaw; four brothers: Jesús, Iván, Julio and Higinio, Mexico; and four sisters: Beatriz, Josefina, Dolores and Catalina, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Private family visitation will take place at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home in Warsaw prior to being transported to Mexico. It is the family’s wishes that she buried back home in Michoacán, Mexico.
