Ruth A. Anglemyer
Ruth A. Anglemyer, 84, Nappanee, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020, at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born Nov. 16, 1935, in Nappanee to Curtis and Chloe (Pippenger) Sheets.
Ruth lived her lifetime in this area and was a 1953 graduate of Nappanee High School. She married LaMar Pletcher in June of 1955. He preceded in death March of 1956. Her second marriage was to Lowell Anglemyer March 24, 1957, in Nappanee. He preceded her in death July 13, 2009.
Ruth had worked at Farm Bureau Credit Union and Lake City Bank as a bank teller. She was a member of Nappanee Missionary Church.
Surviving are her children Mary (Brooks) Koble, Guilford, David Anglemyer, Nappanee, Dean (Colleen) Anglemyer, Wakarusa; granddaughters, Brittni Anglemyer, Jenna (Joel) Bowen, Katelyn Koble, Emily Koble, Hannah Koble, Sarah Koble; grandsons, Taylor (Callie) Anglemyer, Caleb (Corina) Koble, Joshua Koble, Zechariah Koble; great grandchildren, Brycen Coleman, Tess Bowen, Jace Bowen, Thomas Koble and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Amos, Carl, Russell Sheets and sisters, Dorothy Klotz, Norma Mikel.
Family and friends may call from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Private family funeral services will take place. Burial will be in Olive West Cemetery.
