Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
- 10:58 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, US 30, west of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Driver: Harold W. Fosnaugh, 75, Porthcawl Road, Winona Lake. Fosnaugh reported that his truck and trailer began to swerve back and forth and he lost control of the vehicle. The truck and trailer skidded into the median and the trailer overturned. The trailer contained a skid loader and riding lawn mower. Both were damaged when the trailer overturned. Damage up to $25,000.
- 6:18 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, East CR 350N, west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Driver: Ava F. Drudge, 19, Clinton Street, Goshen. Drudge’s vehicle went off the roadway and struck a brick corner post. Damage up to $2,500.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 5:39 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, US 30, north of Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Beth A. Kennedy, 50, Old Colony Road, Warsaw; and Sharon H. Reiner, 64, Lydia Drive, Warsaw. The vehicles collided in the middle of the intersection. Reiner complained of pain to her hand but refused treatment. Damage up to $10,000.
- 3:28 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, Winona Avenue and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Drew Schramm, 26, Sharon Street, Warsaw; and Shirley Gibbons, 69, West 11th Street, Rochester. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.
