9/11 Memorial Remembrance Ceremony On Friday Night

WARSAW — The annual 9/11 Memorial Remembrance Ceremony is planned for 6:30 p.m. Friday. The ceremony will take place outside near the memorial at Center Lake Pavilion, 119 E. Canal St., Warsaw. If it rains, the ceremony will take place inside the pavilion.
This event will remember all those who lost their lives 19 years ago and who have since died due to health conditions caused by working at Ground Zero. The event will also honor all local heroes serving Kosciusko County today.
The event will include the presentation of the colors by the Indiana Guard Reserve. The Patriot Guard Riders will also have an array of American flags present. Bryce Lippe will perform the National Anthem, Ed Rock will sing two patriotic songs and Warsaw Mayor Joseph Thallemer will say a few words.
Anyone wishing to attend the ceremony should bring their own chairs and maintain social distancing. Masks are recommended.
