Three Patriot Boat Parades Planned For This Weekend

WARSAW — A total of three Patriot Boat Parades in support of President Donald Trump’s re-election have been announced to take place on local lakes this weekend.
The most recent announcement involves the Sechrist Lake and Barbee Chain Patriot Boat Parade. Community members are invited to join the boat parade celebrating American patriotism and President Trump on Saturday, Sept. 5.
Participants are encouraged to dress up their boats with Trump and American flags, along with all types of patriotic gear. The meet up will occur on the north end of Sechrist Lake starting at 1 p.m. with the parade beginning at 1:30 p.m. The parade will move around Sechrist Lake, along with possible Sawmill and other lakes depending on traffic levels. In case of inclement weather, this parade will be rescheduled for Sunday, Sept. 6.
The other two local parades include the Lake Wawasee Patriotic Parade/Rally, starting at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept., 6, at the Fish Hatchery and a parade on Lake Tippecanoe at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6.
Trump will face Joe Biden in Nov. 3 election.
