Warsaw Man Arrested For Two Counts Of Child Molesting

WARSAW – A Warsaw man is facing two charges of child molesting after allegedly touching a minor multiple times.
Jason T. Holloway, 34, with addresses on file as 1200 Meadow Lark Blvd., Warsaw, and 105 E. Section St., Claypool, is charged with two counts of child molesting, both level 4 felonies.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on July 16, an officer with the Claypool Police Department responded to report of child molestation and spoke with the victim.
The victim reported being touched inappropriately by Holloway. The victim said this had happened before, but the victim was too scared to tell anyone. The victim told the officer that another youth was in the room when the most recent incident occurred.
Holloway spoke with law enforcement on July 19, initially saying he had hugged the victim from behind and may have accidentally touched the victim inappropriately. He later confessed to touching the victim inappropriately multiple times and said he had also touched another youth in the same manner.
Holloway was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on July 19 on a $15,250 surety and cash bond.
