Vivian L. Vetor, 89, died Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Goshen Hospital.
She was born Oct. 14, 1930, in Nappanee, to Denzil L. and Gertrude V. Smith Babcock.
On Nov. 24, 1961, she married Fred Vetor.
He survives along with two children, Cynthia R. Vetor DeLaMer and family, Egg Harbor, Wis.; and Nanette M. (Jim) Frantz, Warsaw; a granddaughter, Olivia (Dan) Coons, Warsaw; and her beloved dog, Libby.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Lamer Kring, in 1953.
Mrs. Vetor graduated from Nappanee High School and Fort Wayne Business College and worked as the executive secretary to the president of Zimmer USA, retiring in 1983.
After retirement she became an accomplished reverse glass artist. Vivian was the owner and proprietor of the Red Geranium Gift and Floral Shop until she moved to The Villages, Fla., in 2000. In 2012, she moved back to the area.
Her real joy was caring for and enjoying the company of her granddaughter, Olivia.
Private family services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
