Timothy Ousley
Timothy Ousley, 62, Rochester, was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away at 2:32 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at his home.
On March 5, 1958, Tim was born in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Warren Sr. and Fannie Rose Ousley. Growing up he shared his childhood with six brothers and a sister.
In Rochester, Tim and Jennifer M. Warner were married on Oct. 22, 1999. They have shared 20 years of life’s adventures. Tim was a talented welder-fabricator utilizing his skills at several regional automotive and trucking industries.
Annually, Tim planted a huge truck patch garden. He shared the bountiful harvest with family and special friends. As an outdoorsman he fished the Tippecanoe River frequently. Warm summer days brought on the relaxing times of floating the river. Memories were made with the effects of an occasional “clothes line event.” Tim was a hunter enjoying deer, rabbit and racoon seasons. In addition, he raised egg laying hens and rabbits who became pets and the “Lords of the Land,” hopping around the yard enjoying life.
Left to cherish Tim’s memory are his wife, Jennifer; two daughters: Natalie Salazar and husband Juan of Mentone, Rachel Boyce of Longville, LA; four sons: Jason Ousley and wife Robin of Rochester, Derek Ousley of Rochester, Christian Warner of LaPorte, Dylan Warner of Fort Wayne; ten grandchildren: Gracelynn Ousley, Kandis Ousley, Tyler Ousley, Elizabeth Salazar, Mateo Salazar, Shyane Kelsey, Chase Kelsey, Shaylin Kelsey. River Ousley, Ashton Ousley; great granddaughter, Amethyst Ousley; two brothers: Jimmy Ousley of Rochester, Jeffery Burns of Rochester; several nieces and nephews; and Duke, the black lab also known as Sidekick.
Preceding Tim in death are his parents, sister, Renee Miller and four Ousley brothers, Tom, Bennie, Jessie and Warren JR.
A celebration of the life of Timothy Ousley will be at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
