Animal Welfare League’s “Pets Of The Week”
News Release
WARSAW – The Animal Welfare League presents its “Pets of the Week,” featuring Mac the dog, and Sparky the cat.
Mac is a calm older gentleman looking to retire and live out his golden years with a loving family. He is a twelve-year-old, neutered male, Collie/Spaniel mix. He has a gorgeous red and white coat and regards you with a friendly smile. He weighs 44 pounds. Mac is a very laid back boy who does well with children.
He enjoys going for walks and having his thick fur brushed. He would prefer to be an only pet. Due to his age, Mac is having a little trouble holding his bladder for extended periods of time and would like to be in a home where he can be let out multiple times a day. Mac is a sweetheart hoping to find his “furever” family soon. Make an appointment to meet Mac today!
Mac’s adoption fee is $105.
Sparky the cat is looking to be the light of your life! This sweet and curious boy is a one-year-old, neutered male, Domestic Short Hair mix. He has a black and white tuxedo coat and gold eyes. He has a slight frame and weighs 6 pounds.
Before arriving at the AWL, Sparky spent his life fending for himself in the wild. He can be a little shy at first, once he gets to know you and feels comfortable, he loves to have his head rubbed. Sparky would do best in a quiet home with older children and laid back pets. Make an appointment to visit Sparky today!
Sparky’s adoption fee is $70.
