Animal Welfare League’s Pets of the Week
News Release
WARSAW – The Animal Welfare League presents its “Pets of the Week” featuring Ginger the cat and Zena the dog.
When Zena first arrived at the AWL shelter, she was so scared, she was frozen to the spot. Now, after lots of patience and TLC, she is always on the go! Zena is a one-year-old, spayed female, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. She has a luxurious brindle and black coat with chocolate brown eyes. She weighs approximately 40 pounds. Zena is still a little shy when meeting new friends and needs time to feel comfortable. She is a sweet and friendly girl who loves to go for walks and eat peanut butter. If you have other pets, she would like to meet them. Make an appointment to visit Zena today!
Zena’s adoption fee is $130.
Ginger’s fun meter is always set for a good time. This playful and affectionate boy has the typical orange cat “purrsonality”! Ginger is a one-year-old, neutered male, Domestic Short Hair mix. He has an orange and white coat with bright yellow-green eyes. Ginger loves to play and be cuddled. He would make a wonderful companion for any individual or family. If you have other pets he would like to schedule a meet and greet. Ginger is ready to party and hopes that you’ll invite him to be a part of your family! You can meet Ginger at the PetSmart in Warsaw.
Ginger’s adoption fee is $70.
