Animal Welfare League’s “Pets of the Week”
News Release
WARSAW – This week’s Animal Welfare Leagues “Pets of the Week” features Gwenivere the dog and Callie the cat.
Gwenivere is a very shy and timid girl and needs time to feel comfortable when meeting new friends. This sweet and friendly girl is a seven-year-old, spayed, female German Shepherd mix. She has a black and tan coat, gentle brown eyes, and weighs 68 pounds. Gwenivere enjoys cuddles and going for walks in the sunshine. She is looking for a quiet home where she can spend time with her “furever” family watching movies and reading stories. If you have other pets, she would like to meet them. Call to make an appointment to visit Gwenivere today.
Gwenivere’s adoption fee is $105.
Watch out supermodels, Callie is here and ready to strut her stuff on the catwalk. Callie is a one-year-old, spayed, female Domestic Short Hair mix. She has a white coat with black and orange patches, bright green eyes, and weighs five pounds. Callie is a friendly and outgoing girl who came to the AWL with her two friends, Whiskey and Rum. She is hoping to make even more feline and human friends. If you have any dogs, she’d like to meet them too. Callie loves to be cuddled and stroked and is waiting for a kind family to open their hearts and home to her. Call the shelter to schedule an appointment to spend time with Callie today.
Callie’s adoption fee is $70.
