UPDATE: Arrests Made In Goshen Shooting, One Victim In Stable Condition

GOSHEN — One person has been arrested after injuring three people in a shooting in Goshen, Thursday, June 11.
Christopher Landeros, 18, 213 S. 10th St., Goshen, has been arrested on initial charges of aggravated assault, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm without a permit. He is being held in the Elkhart County Corrections Facility. No bond information is available.
Goshen Police were called at 7:39 p.m. Thursday to the 300 block of South 10th Street, for reports of shots fired.
A release from Goshen Police Department states following an altercation in which Ivan Ruiz, Goshen, was reportedly battered, shots were fired resulting in the injury of three people and damage to one vehicle. The bullets shot from the gun struck a vehicle belonging to Romario Ramirez-Romero, Goshen and hit three victims.
A 15-year-old female was grazed on her neck while standing on the porch of a nearby home. She was treated and released.
Davonte Thomas, 25, Goshen, was struck in the ankle. He was also treated and released.
Adam Mingucha III, 20, Goshen, was struck in the upper and lower leg. He is currently listed in stable condition.
Goshen Police are continuing its investigation and appreciates the witnesses in the area for immediately assisting officers in their initial investigation.
