WARSAW — A woman from Noblesville was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle accident just west of South SR 13.
At 12:27 p.m. Sunday, June 7, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle accident on East CR 600S, near South CR 400E, Warsaw.
A 2018 gray Subaru Outback, operated by Delaney L. Riester, 21, Noblesville, was traveling west on CR 600S and was stopped at a stop sign when she entered the roadway in front of a white 2018 Volkswagon Tiguan, operated by Tiffany A. Reimer, 33, North Manchester. Reimer was traveling north on CR 400E.
Upon arrival, officers noticed Riester’s vehicle on its passenger side in a field, with Reimer’s vehicle sitting on the shoulder of CR 400E with extensive front-end damage.
Riester was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by Lutheran EMS for neck and other body pain as a result of the accident. Reimer complained of neck and shoulder pain and said she would go to the hospital on her own.
North and south traffic have the right-of-way on CR 400E. East and west traffic have stop signs.
Damages are estimated at up to $25,000.
