Who Won? Final Results Are In
WARSAW — Kosciusko County had a 23.81% voter turnout for the 2020 Primary Election. This was the first election the county used the poll pads in the 69 precincts.
Ann Torpy, county clerk, stated the use of the pads went smoothly with less problems at the polls.
