Edna (Kuhns) Miller
Edna (Kuhns) Miller, 82, of Nappanee, died at 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2020, at Bremen Hospital of natural causes.
She was born Jan. 28, 1938, in Kosciusko County to Levi J. and Elizabeth (Hershberger) Kuhns and lived her entire life in the Nappanee area. On March 20, 1958, she married Edward E. Miller. He preceded her in death on Nov. 17, 2013.
Miller was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Ruth Ann Miller of Etna Green; Lloyd E. (Margaret) Miller of Etna Green; Kathryn Sue Miller of Nappanee; Frieda Mae Miller of Nappanee; Jacob Lynn (Clara) Miller of Etna Green; Herman Ray (Elnora) Miller of Etna Green; Allen Lee (Elaine) Miller of Plymouth; Aaron E. (Elaine) Miller of Nappanee; Ernest Jay (Carolyn) Miller of Etna Green; Irvin Dean Miller of Nappanee; and Edward Miller Jr. of Nappanee; 29 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Eli Kuhns of Etna Green; Alvin (Verna) Kuhns of Shipshewana; Freeman (Irene) Kuhns of Milford; and a sister-in-law Clara Kuhns of Portage, Wisc. Edna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son Floyd Miller; 3 grandsons Jay Dean Miller, Wyman Lynn Miller and Leon Jay Miller; a great-granddaughter Kayla Rose; 2 brothers, Roman Kuhns and Melvin Kuhns, two infant brothers, 3 sisters Malinda Miller, Emma Miller and Amanda Chupp; 3 brother-in-law’s Roman Miller, Howard Miller and Lamar Chupp.
Private Family services officiated by Old Order Amish Church Home Ministries are being held with burial at Graber Cemetery.
Arrangments are being handled by Thompson Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home Nappanee.
