Outstanding Candidate
Dear Editor:
I want to take this opportunity to recommend to InkFreeNews readers Chad Miner for Judge of Superior Court 3 in this upcoming primary election. In nominating him, you are nominating an outstanding candidate for the Fall Election and an outstanding person to fill the role of Judge, Superior Court 3.
I have known Chad and the Miner family for many years. Chad, specifically in his role as County Attorney, was very helpful to my wife and I in our transition as new residents of Kosciusko County, specifically in answering questions that we had regarding a property tax matter. We have owned property in this county for over 25 years and made it our home over 5 years ago.
In addition, he was very helpful in the most recent controversy regarding the ownership of the Turkey Creek dam in Syracuse. Chad was very helpful with the to be formed Turkey Creek Dam and Dike Conservancy in making sure that statutory procedures for counting signatures were properly implemented, and in assisting County officials with that process.
Chad is a lifelong resident of Kosciusko County. I am familiar with him in his role as Judge Pro Tempore for Superior Court 3 and other courts in the county and know that the members of the judiciary in Kosciusko County have great respect for him. He is a member and serves on the board of many community organizations. As a valued member of our county community, I am sure he will be a valued member of the county’s judiciary.
On June 2, I encourage you to vote and nominate Chad Miner, Superior Court 3 to represent the Republican Party in the fall election.
Cordially,
John L. Earnest
Syracuse
