Harold B. Yoh
Harold B. Yoh, 70, Leesburg, passed away at 12:16 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at his home. He was born on Oct. 16, 1949, in Van Wert, Ohio to William Herman and Velma (Tyas) Yoh.
He graduated in 1968 from Blue Creek High School in Haviland, Ohio, was a United States Air Force veteran, and moved to the North Webster and Leesburg area in 1984 from Ohio. He was married on March 28, 1998, in North Webster, to Daphne Jo Hartup who survives. He worked for many years at Dana Corp in Van Wert, Ohio and then retired from Dana Corp in Syracuse after 30 years of total service. He worked 20 years at the Epworth Forest Conference Center in North Webster after retirement.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church in North Webster and was active with the church men’s breakfast.
He is survived by his wife, Daphne Yoh, Leesburg; a daughter-in-law, Amanda Yoh, Silver Lake; five grandchildren: Teresa Slone, Linda (Anton) Napier, Cody (Lindsey) Hensly, Andrea (Nick) Marchand and Ayse Mansiz; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Sarah Poling, Waverly, Fla.; brother, David Yoh, Jacksonville, Fla.; sister-in-law, Lois Ann Yoh, Decatur.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Annette Farris, two sons, Norman and Toby Yoh, sister, Donna Dunsford, brother, Glen Yoh, and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m.-noon, on Saturday, May 30, at Owen Family Funeral Home, SR 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Memorial services will follow at noon on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Byron Kaiser officiating. Private burial will take place in the Blue Creek Cemetery in Haviland, Ohio
