Animal Welfare League’s “Pet of the Week”
News Release
WARSAW – The Animal Welfare League presents this week’s “Pet of the Week” featuring Kona the dog, and Joe the cat.
We are living in a time where friendship and love are needed more than ever. Kona agrees and is looking to be a loyal companion. Kona is a two-year-old, spayed female, Border Collie/Labrador mix. She is white with a badger-like mask and weighs 54 pounds. Kona is super sweet and will make a wonderful pet. She can be a little shy when meeting new friends and needs time and patience to feel comfortable. We would recommend a quiet home where she can soak up all your love and affection. Call to make an appointment to visit her today!
Kona’s adoption fee is $130.
Up for a game of hide and seek? It is one of Joe the cat’s favorites! Joe is an eight-year-old, neutered male, domestic shorthair mix. He has a white and butterscotch colored coat and a little pink nose. He weighs 11 pounds. Joe is a big lover boy who enjoys lots of cuddles and being held. He can be a little shy but an offer of catnip will be sure to bring him out of his shell. If you have other pets he would like to meet them. Joe is currently staying at the PetSmart in Warsaw. Stop by and see him today!
Joe’s adoption fee is $60.
