No New Virus Cases Reported In Kosciusko County

WARSAW — As of noon Wednesday, May 20, the Kosciusko County Health Department reported no new cases of COVID-19. The county’s total number of positive cases remains at 62.
Statewide, the latest posting on the Indiana State Department of Health website shows the number of COVID-19 deaths in Indiana rose to 1,716, which is up from 1,678 reported on Tuesday, May 19.
The total positive number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana is now at 29,274. More than 195,000 Hoosiers have been tested for COVID-19.
Locally, Whitley County has 28 positive cases and Fulton County has 47 positive cases. Marshall County has 50 positive cases, which is up from 44 reported on Tuesday, May 19.
Noble County has 155 positive cases and Elkhart County has 777 positive cases; Elkhart County’s number is up from 733 reported on Tuesday.
Wabash County’s case number remains unchanged at 71.
Cass County, which is south of Fulton County and includes Logansport, has 1,564 positive cases. In other northern Indiana counties, Lake County has 3,024 positive cases; Allen County has 1,106 positive cases; and St. Joseph County has 1,054 positive cases.
Marion County, which includes Indianapolis, has the most cases in the state at 8,656.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, more than 289,000 people in the United States have recovered from COVID-19.
