GOP Announces Plans To Replace Sidney Clerk-Treasurer
WARSAW – Kosciusko County’s Republican Party has formally announced plans to fill the vacancy for Sidney Town Clerk-Treasurer, due to resignation of Lydia Neal.
Mike Ragan, chairman of the Kosciusko County Republican Central Committee, said a selection will be announced at 6:30 p.m., May 26, at the Sidney Fire Station Meeting Room.
Declarations of candidacy are available at the office of Kosciusko County Clerk of the Circuit Court, 121 North Lake St., Warsaw, and must be filed with the Ragan by 6:30 p.m., May 23.
Since the town only has one precinct committeeman, Ragan will fill the vacancy.

Neal is the town’s third clerk-treasurer to resign this year. The town has also seen a complete turnover in town council members this year.
