Kosciusko County Reports Three New COVID-19 Cases

WARSAW — As of noon Tuesday, May 12, the Kosciusko County Health Department reported three new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total number of positive cases to 49.
Statewide, the latest posting on the Indiana State Department of Health website shows the number of COVID-19 deaths in Indiana rose to 1,444.
The total positive number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana is now at 25,127. More than 150,000 Hoosiers have been tested for COVID-19.
Locally, Whitley County has 23 positive cases, Marshall County has 36 positive cases, and Fulton County has 37 positive cases.
Wabash County has 67 positive cases, Noble County has 136 positive cases, and Elkhart County has 525 positive cases.
Cass County, which is south of Fulton County and includes Logansport, has 1,542 positive cases. In other northern Indiana counties, Lake County has 2,534 positive cases; Allen County has 867 positive cases; and St. Joseph County has 847 positive cases.
Marion County, which includes Indianapolis, has the most cases in the state at 7,632.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, more than 232,000 people in the United States have recovered from COVID-19.
