Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
7 p.m. Saturday, April 25, East Armstrong Road, west of East Brown Road, Warsaw. Driver: Daven P. Gasaway, 23, North 2nd Street, Warsaw. Gasaway was traveling west on Armstrong Road when his vehicle left the roadway, striking a utility pole. Damage up to $5,000.
7:31 p.m. Friday, April 24, North CR 900W, north of West CR 800N, Nappanee. Driver: Monica J. Miller, 32, South Main Street 7, Etna Green. Miller was traveling south on North CR 900W when she lost control of her vehicle for an unknown reason. Miller’s vehicle then left the roadway and struck a NIPSCO utility pole. Her vehicle then overturned into a field, coming to rest on its top. Miller had minor cuts and abrasions on her head as well as her arms and hands. She was taken to Parkview Hospital Warsaw for further medical treatment. Damage up to $25,000.
6:30 p.m. Friday, April 24, North CR 175E, south of EMS C24 Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Logan M. Pitts, 25, Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Pitts was traveling north on North CR 175E when his vehicle left the roadway, striking a road sign. Damage up to $5,000.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
2:37 p.m. Monday, April 27, SR 15, south of Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Albert C. Hauck, 64, Sharon Street, Winona Lake; and Corey S. Rogers, 43, East SR 14, Rochester. Hauck was traveling north on SR 15 and attempted to turn right into a business’s drive. As he did so and entered the left northbound lane of traffic, he struck Rogers’ vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
9:56 a.m. Monday, April 27, Commerce Drive, east of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Oscar R. Flores, 48, East Main Street, Warsaw; and Charles A. Herr, 38, Argonne Road, Warsaw. Flores was traveling west on Commerce Drive when he rear-ended Herr’s vehicle. A passenger in Herr’s vehicle, Miranda R. Herr, 37, Warsaw, complained of neck pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage up to $1,000.
