A juvenile was interviewed by a DCS case manager at a hospital in Muncie. The victim said they had gotten into a verbal altercation that turned physical.
The youth said Oswalt came close to his face so the victim pushed him away in an attempt to leave. According to the youth, Oswalt then pushed the youth to the floor and then into a sink.
