Anthony L. Patton
Anthony L. Patton, 60, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 22, 2020, at his home.
He was born on July 13, 1959, in Bedford, to the late Edward and Beverly (Grego) Patton. He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Terry Hall. He had lived in South Bend for the past 24 years. On Oct. 11, 1997, in Bremen, he and Kimberly A. Hall were united in marriage.
Along with Kim, his loving wife of 22 years, Anthony is survived by his two sisters: Lori Patton and Lisa Salomon, both of Kokomo; mother-in-law: Lin Hall, Bremen; and brother-in-law: Jim and Susie Sheridan-Hall, Mishawaka. He is also survived by his niece and six nephews who he loved deeply: Emily and Ben Salomon; and Brandon, Ryan, Jason, Justin and Kevin Hall.
He was an avid sports fan and loved watching both pro and college football and basketball, especially the Green Bay Packers, Indiana University and Notre Dame. He was a passionate bowler and was even a semi-pro bowler in his 20’s. He had an affinity for the outdoors and enjoyed traveling to different places, especially San Francisco. One of his favorite weekend getaways was to Frankenmuth, Mich., where he and Kim loved shopping at Bronner’s Christmas Store. He was a kid at heart when it came to Christmas, which was his favorite holiday.
Anthony and Kim would like to thank all their family and friends for their love and support over the years.
Due to the coronavirus restrictions, a celebration of Anthony’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Anthony L. Patton may be donated to the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, 911 E. 86th St., Unit 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
