Warsaw Students Attend 2020 BPA State Leadership Conference
WARSAW — The Warsaw Business Professionals of America Chapter recently attended the 53rd annual BPA State Leadership Conference from March 8 to 10 at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott Hotel with Warsaw advisors Steve Waldeck and Scott Schramm.
The following students placed as follows in the competition:
- 2nd place: Global Marketing Team – Charlotte Grandon, Evyn Mangun, Reagan Roulo and Katie Swain
- 3rd place: Personal Financial Management – Isaac Neeley
- 3rd place: Payroll Accounting – Katie Swain
- 4th place: Computer Security – Bryce Welk
- 4th place: Advanced Accounting – Austin Fleming
- 7th place: Business Law and Ethics – Charlotte Grandon
- 10th place: Advanced Accounting – Jacelyn Ellinger
BPA hosts numerous leadership conferences. BPA is the leading Career Technical Student Organization for students pursuing careers in business management, office administration, information technology and other related career fields. Indiana BPA has close to 2,500 members in 87 chapters. BPA is a “co-curricular” organization that supports business and information technology educators by offering curriculum based on national standards.
