Pets Of The Week
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 1048 S. CR 325E, Pierceton.
Rita
Rita is on strike. She is advocating for a number of worthy causes, such as the end of winter weather, more snacks and adopting senior pets. Rita is a seven-year-old, spayed, female American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is white with black patches and has deep brown eyes. Rita is a sweet and gentle girl who love meeting new people and going for walks in the sunshine. She is house-trained and will “sit” for a treat. She is a very patient pooch that would do well with younger children and older couples. Rita would prefer to be an only pet so she can have all of your attention. Come visit Rita today!
Rita’s adoption fee is $105.
Arlo
Arlo is quite the chatterbox at the AWL, as he loves to tell a good story. Arlo is a two-year-old, neutered, male Domestic Long Hair mix. This 10 pound fluff ball has a coat of brown and grey with black stripes, a white chest and white socks. His golden green eyes are ever watchful and rarely miss a thing. Arlo loves attention, cuddles and exploring new surroundings. He does well with other cats and can tell you all the gossip of the AWL free-roaming cat room. If you have dogs he would like to schedule a meet-and-greet. Arlo would make a wonderful family cat, so stop by and have a chat with him today!
Arlo’s adoption fee is $70.
