Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:
4:51 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, US 30, west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Donald D. Clem, 57, Flotron Drive, Huber Heights, OH; and Brad V. Erickson, 58, West Plymouth Street, Bremen. Clem was traveling east on US 30 when his vehicle rear-ended Erickson’s. Clem was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne due to chest and abdominal pain. Damage up to $100,000.
6:11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, North SR 15 near Jaylynn Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Samantha L. Glaze, 34, East Van Buren Street, Leesburg; and Audrey A. Stambaugh, 62, Wast CR 600N, Warsaw. Glaze’s foot slid off the brake pedal, causing the front of her vehicle to collide with the rear of Stambaugh’s vehicle. Damages up to $1,000.
8:08 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, SR 15 near Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Monte B. Moore, 65, West Nina Lane, Warsaw. Moore’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damages up to $2,500 surety and cash.
12:53 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 1501 Armstrong Road, Warsaw. Driver: Melvin R. Viano, 51, North Drive S., Homer, Mich. Viano was backing the semi he was operating into a loading dock when the trailer door of his vehicle became unlatched, causing the door to break off. Damage up to $5,000.
