Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
4:11 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, SR 14, west of CR 850W. Driver: Patrick J. Clevenger, 38, Rochester. Hit deer.
7:32 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, CR 450N, west of US 31. Driver: Lisa Brooks, 47, Rochester. Hit deer.
12:54 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, West CR 450N, Rochester. Driver: Justin Sturm, no other information available. Sturm’s vehicle slid off the road and hit a mailbox.
7:51 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, SR 114, west of Disco. Driver: Patrick D. Dingess, 24, Roann. Vehicle went off the road.
1:11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, CR 400W and CR 100N. Driver: Cole M. Kumler, 18, Rochester. Kumler’s vehicle went off the road and rolled into a field.
6:17 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17, Old US 31 and CR 200N. Driver: Ed Kelso, no other information available. Hit deer.
4:35 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, Old US 31 north of Ramco. Driver: Cathy A. Adley, 53, Rochester. Hit deer.
Marshall County
Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
10:44 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 100 block US 30 and Tulip Road, Plymouth. Driver: Tiffani Patrick, 25, Plymouth. There were three occupants in the vehicle at the time of the accident, no injuries reported. Patrick was transported to the hospital for a chemical test and then transported to the county jail where she was booked for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .08% or higher.
2:52 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 16900 block Thorn Road, Culver. Driver: Wayne J. Miller, 50, Plymouth. Miller was found to be under the influence of alcohol. An unnamed female passenger was found injured and transported to Plymouth Hospital and later to Memorial Hospital, South Bend, due to the extent of her injuries. Miller was found to be over three times the legal limit of alcohol. He was booked in the county jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury and OWI with an ACE of .15 or more.
