First Federal Announces Four Staff Promotions
HUNTINGTON — First Federal Savings Bank announced the promotions of four employees.
Peggy Genshaw was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President with First Federal Savings Bank. Genshaw joined First Federal in 2017 as the branch manager and mortgage loan officer for the Warsaw office. She has over 30 years of financial experience as a branch manager, business banker, Small Business Administration lending, loan underwriting and 15 years of mortgage lending experience.
Additionally, she has completed the College of Commercial Credit and received her Branch Manager Certification from the Indiana Bankers Association Board of Education, said a news release from First Federal Savings Bank.
Genshaw resides in Syracuse and is currently Board President of the Syracuse–Wawasee Historical Museum, member of the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors, member of the Syracuse Lake Association and volunteers for various community services and events.
Andrew Martin has recently been promoted to assistant vice president, treasury management/commercial lender. Martin joined the First Federal staff in 2018. He has an MBA from Indiana Tech and over eight years of banking and financial service experience.
Steven McKay was promoted to assistant vice president, retail and mortgage lending. McKay joined the First Federal staff in 2011. He has a bachelor of science in business management from Huntington University and extensive experience in consumer and mortgage lending. McKay is currently the vice president of the Junior Achievement board in Huntington County.
Cindy Krumanaker was promoted to the Senior Vice President, Information Systems. She started working at First Federal Savings Bank in 1987 in the Mortgage Department. Over the years she has worked in accounting and is now working in operations. Krumanaker has an associates degrees in business management and accounting. She is currently a Rotary member and the treasurer of Knights Ladies Auxiliary.
