8:50 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, West CR 100S near South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Driver: Mario A. Lopez, 54, South Union Street, Warsaw. Lopez lost control of his vehicle on the snow and ice-covered roadway causing his vehicle to leave the roadway into a ditch. Damages up to $2,500.
Officers with the Milford Police Department responded to the following accident:
7:50 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, East CR 1300N near North CR 100E, Milford. Driver: Pamela J. Hymer, 60, Lehman Drive, Milford. Hymer was driving her vehicle when a deer entered the roadway. Damages up to $2,500.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accidents:
3:47 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 1000 Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Nicholas J. Patterson, 47, South Williams Street, Nappanee; and Jacob W. Moeller, 19, North Blue Heron Drive, Warsaw. Patterson said he was parking facing south in the Menards parking lot. He began to back his vehicle out of the parking space when the front of Moeller’s vehicle collided with the rear of his vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.
2:54 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, North Detroit Street near East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Mary J. Pamer, 39, North CR 175E 18, Warsaw; and Thalia M. Bornes, 17, East Center Street, Warsaw. Pamer said she was driving her vehicle out of the McDonald’s parking lot onto North Detroit Street. She did not see Borne’s vehicle before pulling out into traffic, causing a right angle collision. Damages up to $10,000.
2:37 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 852 North Parker Street, Warsaw. An unknown vehicle sideswiped an unoccupied parked vehicle in the Culver’s parking lot. Damages up to $10,000.
