Mona Louise Drumm, 80, Warsaw, passed away at 2:01 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019, at her home. She was born on July 23, 1939, in Salt Lick, Ky. to Clinton Clayton and Bessie Marie (Triplett) Bowling.
She attended high school in Cadiz, and was married on July 18, 1959 in New Castle, to John Mark Drumm Jr. who preceded her on June 15, 2005. She was a homemaker and a former waitress in Muncie. She moved from Kentucky to Indiana in 1943, and lived in New Castle before moving to the North Webster / Warsaw area in the 1950’s.
She is a member of the Dutchtown Church of the Brethren in Warsaw.
She is survived by two daughters: Teresa Jane (Ray) Hathaway, Pierceton; Penny (J.D.) Eash, Goshen; son, Scott (Dana) Drumm, Claypool; two grandchildren, Cory Drumm and Misty Goon; two great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren; sister, Wanda (Mike) Reiff, Warsaw; three brothers: Euell (Freda) Bowling of Springport; Denny (Lucinda) Bowling of North Webster; and Sam (Sandy) Bowling of Pierceton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Dempsy Bowling, and two brothers, Huey and Joe Bowling.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at Owen Family Funeral Home, SR 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at 2p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Worth officiating. Burial will take place in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
