WARSAW — Parkview Warsaw’s Center For Healthy Living is again offering the My Best Health program for those wanting to commit to healthier, long-term lifestyle changes.

The program focuses on components of nutritional, physical and behavioral changes. Participants receive professional support from a wellness coach, a registered nurse, a registered dietitian and personal trainer during the six-month program.

The goal of My Best Health is to prevent, arrest and reverse chronic disease, like obesity, while increasing healthy behaviors such as physical activity, healthy eating and overall well-being. The team meets each participant where they are in their personal health journey and works with them to help set attainable goals.
