Pets Of The Week
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 3489 E. CR 100S, Pierceton.
Dolly May
True to her name, Dolly May is a doll. She is a three-year-old, spayed, female Staffordshire/Weimaraner mix. She weighs approximately 50 pounds. Dolly May is one of the sweetest and most gentle dogs that has come to the AWL. She loves to cuddle and is very well-behaved during her daily walks. One of Dolly May’s favorite activities is sitting in your lap while you read her stories. She really enjoys “Anne of Green Gables.” Dolly May has done wonderfully with children and would prefer to be the only pet in the home. Come visit Dolly May today and be sure to bring your favorite book to share.
Dolly May’s adoption fee is $130.
Banjo
At the AWL, everyone’s favorite type of banjo is not a musical instrument but a cat. Banjo is a one-year-old, neutered, male Domestic Shorthair mix. He has a soft white coat with unique tabby patches around his face and back. Banjo is a playful boy who loves belly rubs and chasing cat toys. His favorite place is at the top of the tree in the AWL free-roaming cat room. He does well with other cats, people of all ages, and if you have dogs he would like to meet them. Come and visit Banjo today!
Banjo’s adoption fee is $70.
