WARSAW — The Wyndham Garden hotel in Warsaw has sold its nearby 2517 Banquet Hall.

Exactly who bought the facility at 2517 E. Center Street and what will become of the building remains unclear.

The banquet hall and event center was bought by a private business, according to an employee with The Wyndham Garden.

2517 will close as a banquet hall at the end of December.

The spokesperson declined further comment.

For three decades, the event hall served as an event center had been a popular choice for graduations, parties and keynote speaker events.
