Wanda Louise Loudermilk
Wanda Louise Loudermilk, 88, of the Tiosa community passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at Woodlawn Hospital.
On July 30, 1931, Wanda was born in Piney View, W. Va. to Tommy Allen and Roxie Faye Garrett Bragg.
Wanda and Emory G. Loudermilk were married in Beckley, W. Va. on April 9, 1948. They shared 46 years of life’s adventures. Sadly, he passed away on Feb. 7, 1994.
Left to cherish the memory of Wanda are three daughters: Linda Wood and husband Larry of Mogadore, Ohio; Sondra Loudermilk of Rochester; Ronda Crosby and husband Joe of Raleigh, N.C.; a son, Denvil Loudermilk and wife Janet of Akron, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Sonja Zoppe Loudermilk of Rochester; seven grandchildren: Rob Calhoun and wife Ashley, Leslie Wood, Lauren Blankenship and husband Mark, John Loudermilk and wife Dawn, Corey Markus and husband Josh, Lisa Loudermilk, Tommy Loudermilk; seven great grandchildren: Max Calhoun, Reese Calhoun, Madelyn Blankenship, Morgan Blankenship, Lexi Loudermilk, Bryson Markus, Addison Markus; a sister, Garnett Ziegler of Akron, Ohio; a brother, Lawrence Bragg and wife Von of Gastonia, N.C.; feline companions: Otie, Milo, Golden Boy, Frankie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Wanda in death are her parents; husband; son, Frank Loudermik; seven siblings; and feline companion, Princess.
A celebration of the life of Wanda L. Loudermilk will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester. Friends may visit with the family an hour prior to the service on Tuesday in the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
