Toys For Tots: Everything You Need To Know
WARSAW – Sign up for the annual Toys For Tots program began today in Kosciusko County.
Sign up hours are Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 2 and 3, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday at the old Ace Hardware Store in Warsaw, 1701 E. Center St.
Parents or legal guardians need to have a picture ID; for the children, a Social Security card, or a birth certificate or Medicaid card for each child being signed up is needed. If parents are signed up with another agency already for help, then they can not sign up with Toys For Tots.
• Annual WNDU Toy Drive is Saturday, Dec. 7, at Martin’s from 7-11 a.m. with Tricia Sloma and Kimberly Newman
• The local toy drive will continue until Dec. 16.
• Toys will be delivered on Dec. 21 from Ace Hardware starting at 8 a.m.
• Suzie McEntire will return to Warsaw at Lakeview Middle School Dec. 14, for a benefit concert supporting the local Toys For Tots campaign, starting at 7 p.m.
• The WCHS FCCLA club will again be teaming up with Toys For Tots as they collect gifts with Trinkets for Teens. For details, contact Dena Lancaster at the high school.
• Any donations can be dropped off at Parkview Warsaw.
