Diane May Kelly
Diane May Kelly, 52, Syracuse, passed away at 1:02 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at Goshen Hospital. She was born on Feb. 12, 1967, in Columbia City,to Jon and Janet (Fee) Fletcher
She attended Central Noble High School in Albion and lived most of her life in the Noble County and Syracuse areas. She was married on Feb. 6, 2009, in Cromwell, to Richard J. “Rick” Kelly who survives. She was employed at Wawasee Café as a cook for the past five years and formerly worked at West Noble Schools in Ligonier and Oakwood Inn in Syracuse.
She was a member of the Eagles Lodge Auxiliary in Syracuse.
She is survived by her husband: Rick Kelly, Syracuse; two daughters: Brittney (Nick) Prentice, Winona Lake; Samantha (Alex Sublett) Taylor, Syracuse; son, Andrew Taylor, Syracuse; three grandchildren; mother, Janet Fletcher, Montgomery, Mich.; father, Jon Fletcher, North Manchester; three sisters: Charlene (James) Shipman of Peru, Dee (Mark) Giddens of Angola, and Sherry (Bradley) Albright of Fremont; brother: Yon Fletcher of Valparaiso
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from noon – 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor James Shipman officiating.
