WARSAW — A jury trial scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 29, for a woman involved in a January incest case has been canceled.

Samantha Lyn Davis, 22, Warsaw, is charged with incest, a level 5 felony.

In the same case, William Glenn Davis, 54, Lakeville, pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution, a level 5 felony, on Oct. 24.

Last week, William Davis received a suspended two-year sentence on formal probation.

A hearing date regarding the continuance of Samantha Davis’s case is to be determined.

According to court documents, Samantha Davis admitted that in July 2018, she started having sex with William Davis at her residence. They engaged in sex multiple times during 2018.

The relationship came to light after police responded to a domestic dispute between Samantha Davis and another man.

The relationship between Samantha Davis and William Davis was removed from court documents.
