WARSAW — A large crowd of people descended on downtown Warsaw for the annual Spooktacular Friday night, Oct. 25.
Retailers and other groups provided oodles of candy for those who filed through long lines along part of Center and Buffalo and streets and inside the city hall parking lot.
Warsaw Community Development Corporation, in partnership with the City of Warsaw, Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club and Miller’s Merry Manor were the main organizers.
The organized trick or treat event included numerous creative costumes, but one prevailing trend was the Joker.
Results from the costume contest will be posted when details are provided.
