Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
11:44 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, West CR 250S, south of South SR 25, Warsaw. Driver: Carina Rodriguez, 24, South Circle Drive West, Warsaw. Rodriguez was navigating her vehicle on a curve on West CR 250S when her vehicle left the roadway, striking a tree. No injuries were reported. Damage up to $10,000.
1:37 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, North CR 250E, south of East CR 1100N, Milford. Driver: Robert A. Leer, 29, East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Leer was traveling south on CR 250E when he failed to yield at a stop sign. This caused his vehicle to go airborne, leaving the roadway and entering a ditch and cornfield. Leer’s vehicle then struck a fence. His vehicle then returned to the roadway before leaving the roadway again and stopping in a corn field. Damage up to $25,000.
6:47 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, East CR 400S, east of South CR 400E, Warsaw. Driver: Matthew W. Trump, 39, East CR 400S, Warsaw. Trump was traveling east on CR 400S when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
Mentone
Officers with the Mentone Police Department investigated the following accident:
1 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 9554 W. SR 25, Mentone. Driver: Kara N. Bates, 29, North Morgan Street, Mentone. Bates was pulling her vehicle into a parking space at Dollar General when her vehicle drove up over the curb, striking the building. No injuries were reported. Damage up to $25,000.
